2. Collection and storage of personalized data; type, purposeand use
When you assign us, the following information data will becollected:
• Form of address, title, first name, surname
• Address
• Email address
• Telephone no. (fixed-line and/or mobile)
• Telefax
• Accounting/banking details

In addition to the above all information will be collected which isnecessary to fulfil the contract and to meet the contractualrequirements.

By executing this contract we primarily collect i.e. thecorrespondence and written confirmations. If needed this data will betransferred on to a third party or the third party will ask for it,but this will only take place with your approval and permission.

The collection of personalized data will take place to
• identify you as our customer
• be able to give you adequate advice
• to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you
• to fulfil our legal obligations
• correspond with you
• issue an invoice or also in case of dunning
• be able to use the data for direct marketing purposes
• allow exercising possible claims

The processing of the personalized data is carried out referring toyour inquiry and is used only for the purposes stated above and ofcourse for processing your order and the fulfilment of ourobligations according to the respective contract.

The collected personalized data will be saved until the legalretention period has expired, which means for merchants (6, 8 or 10years at the end of the calendar year, in which the contractualrelationship will terminate), after that the data will be deleted. Exceptionally this does not apply due to tax-based orcommercial retention requirements (according to HGB (Commercial codeand tax code) and if we are obligated to an extended storage of thedata or if you have agreed on a longer period of storage.

3. Legal basis for the processing of personalizeddata

The principle of the legal basis for the processing of personalizeddata is provided in art. 6 of the GDPR, as far as further specificlegal regulations do no exist.

The following possibilities are considered:
• Approval ( art. 6 section 1 lit. a) GDPR
• Data processing for the execution of contracts (art. 6 section 1lit. b) GDPR
• Data processing on the basis of the balance of interest (art. 6section 1 lit. f) GDPR
• Data processing to fulfil a legal obligation (art. 6 section 1 lit.c) GDPR

4. Transfer of data to a third party
A transfer of your personalized data to a third party will basicallynot take place.Exceptions are insofar as this is necessary for the execution ofcontractual relationships; the transmission is also permitted on thebasis of the balance of interests (i.S.d. article 6, section 1 lit f)of the GDPR or if we are legally obligated to transfer the data and if you have given us your permission.This is in particular the transfer of data to an authorized service(so-called data processor, according to art. 28 of the GDPR) oranother third party, who is essential for the processing of theexecution of the contract (i.e. shipping companies or banks) and with which we have a contract concerning the orderprocessing. The third party may use the data only for the purposesstated.

5. Your rights as the person affected
In reference to the data handling you have the following rights beingan affected person:

- Right of withdrawalYour given approvals may be withdrawn towards us at any time youwant. The data processing based on this withdrawal of consent cannotbe continued in the future.
- Right of accessYou may request information on your personalized data given to us.This applies in particular for data processing purposes, ifappropriate for the categories of the receivers, storage period, alsoif relevant for the origin of your data as well as for the existence of an automatic decision making, including profilingand also significant information referring to it.
- Right of rectification You may ask for adjustment of your personalized data if incorrect orincomplete.
- Right of deletionYou may ask for the deletion of the personalized data stored in oursystem, as far as the processing of them is not needed for exercisingthe right of free expression of opinion and information, forfulfilling a legal obligation, on reasons of general public interests or a legal assertion or for exercising ordefending legal claims.
- Right of limitation of the processing You may ask for limitation of your personalized data, as far as thecorrectness of the data is denied by you and the processing isillegal but though you are rejecting a complete deletion of the data.You have this right if we do no longer require the data, but if needed by you for legal assertion and exercising ordefending legal claims. Above this, you can make use of your right incase you have filed a complaint against the processing of yourpersonalized data.
- Right of data transfer ( “data portability”)You may ask for a structured, common and machine-readabletransmission of your personalized data you have provided to us.Alternatively you may ask for the transfer of your personalized datato another responsible party, as far as possible.
- Right of complaintYou may file a complaint with the responsible authority, for exampleif you think that your personalized data is processed in an unlawfulway. Netherlands. This recognizes company visits to our website based
